To maintain updated information, immunization records are turned in and forms are filled out every 3 months.

MATERIALS

Zero To 11 Months

4 plastic bottles (for sanitary reasons, we ask that bottles be washed at home), milk, diapers, wipes, 2 blankets (one to lay on, the other to cover), tissue box breast milk to be brought in everyday.

Accommodations for nursing mothers will be made for those that would like to come in and nurse their child. Please consult the director.

One To 23 Months

Indoors shoes, nap mat, 2 blankets (one to lie on, the other to cover), diapers, wipes, tissue box, and toothbrush.

2 Years Old And Up

Indoor shoes, beach shoes (shoes with backings), nap mat, 2 blankets (one to lie on, the other to cover), sunblock, insect repellent, toothbrush, tissue box, diapers, wipes (if needed), suitable bag for your child to carry.

When supplies are low, we will send you a slip to inform you.

PLEASE LABEL ALL OF YOUR CHILD’S BELONGINGS INCLUDING THEIR OUTFITS THAT THEY WEAR TO HARMONY KIDS.

Gum, hard candy, electronic devices, jewelry, money
We are not responsible for any lost and broken valuables.
For the protection of all the children, we ask that you avoid sending your children in with earrings.
A lost earring becomes an immediate choking hazard.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Your child’s birthday is one that all of us enjoy celebrating. Should you decide to have a party at the center, please inform the director 2 weeks prior to the event date. During the month, the center holds many events. Priority will be given to the center events.

EMERGENCY PICK UP

Parents are required to pick up their child/children within an hour in the following events:

Typhoon Condition 2
Water outage
Power outage
Fire
Any issues within the building that will compromise children’s safety

*Although the Westin provides power and water back up, it is not 100% guaranteed.
